Women`s Goingout to Work

The issue of women`s going out to work has been strongly debated in our society . It is a controversial issue.A variety of different argument have been put forward about this subject.There are some people advocate women`s work and others are against it.



It has been argued that women`s work is an important issue.Women make up about half of the nation`s force ,and now, not only are outpacing men in earning college and other advanced degrees,they also make up the majority of the professional employees.Moreover, It claims that women`s work is very essential to build up a strong society. They can contribute to the national economy. It assumes that woman is not a machine which is made for cleaning and cooking,but she is the soul of any society.It is clear that in any company the number of women is a bit larger than men.They are more patient.Furthermore,it is pretended that there are many points of strength in women`s work.Women should share carrying the burdens of life with men.They should be responsible for themselves not to be dependent on their husbands. If anyone of them got divorced,she would be in need for any job to support her children.Women can achieve equality with men through working.She will gain culture and be more civilized. She will,also, gain more experience and be more persuasive.Finally, women`s work makes their children be more independent.They depend on themselves,unlike others do.



Another argument against women`s work is that women should stay at home. There are many husbands prevent their wives from working , because they do not them to be higher and more advanced than them. It is a sense of dictatorship. It alleges that the best place for women is at their houses with their children. Moreover, it is maintained that there are many points of weakness in women`s work . Most of the women who work neglect their housework and children . They do not care of their children`s problem,so that children`s emotional state can be damaged when they are left alone with no care from their mothers. Their children may become delinquent and do many prohibited things.Furthermore, they do not care about their husbands` requirements ,although many husbands like to see their wives waiting for them . Finally, they may involve in self-deception and arrogance. They think highly of themselves.



In my opinion, if woman is able to harmonize her work , on one hand, and her husband and children on the other, she will contribute on the well-being of the society.
